Supplier: Dashboard

This is your landing page in MyAchilles, the central access point for latest notifications and content. You can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking on the red Achilles ‘A’ icon in the top left of the screen, or on Home in the main menu.

On the Dashboard you will find the following modules:

Notifications

The Notifications panel will alert you to actions you need to take regarding your subscription and questionnaire content. There will also be notifications related to Request Information events and Messages. You will be alerted by email to important notifications; you should click through to see the Dashboard notification for full details.

Click on the alerts to see the actions you can take. You can view additional details, navigate through to appropriate parts of the platform, and in some cases dismiss the notifications.

Payment Notifications

You will receive notifications when payment is due and overdue – failure to respond will result in your subscription expiring, which means your organisation will no longer be visible to Buyers. Another notification will be issued when a subscription expires.

Questionnaire Notifications

See separate article for a full description of the questionnaire interface. The following notifications related to the status of your questionnaire will appear:

  • When your questionnaire remains incomplete and requires submission before you will be visible to Buyers on the platform
  • When clarification or more information is required following review by Achilles
  • When your questionnaire has been successfully published, and you are visible to Buyers
  • When there is expired information within your questionnaire that requires updating
  • When it is time to update your questionnaire (12-month cycle)
  • When your questionnaire is about to expire, and you are on the verge of becoming invisible to Buyers
  • When your questionnaire has expired, and you are no longer published and visible to Buyers

Request Information Notifications

For a full description of Request Information functionality, see separate article. Notifications related to Request Information events are sent as follows:

  • When you have been invited to participate in an event and the Buyer would like you to provide more information
  • When you have been excluded from an event where the Buyer has decided to inform you of your exclusion. This is usually when this is a Regulated Procurement event. Clicking on the notification will enable you to view which of the Buyer’s search filters excluded you
  • When your organisation has received a message related to an event

Request Information event notifications will disappear from the dashboard once the event closes.

Audit Non-Conformance Emails

In addition to the notifications listed above you may receive emails when there are actions for you to take regarding non-conformances recorded during audits. Please see separate article for a full description of this functionality.

Your Company’s Data

This is where you can directly edit your organisation’s customer-facing information.

Questionnaire

The Questionnaire module provides direct access to the published and draft views of your questionnaire where applicable. The current status of any draft version of the questionnaire is either: ‘Editing’, ‘Submitted’ (in the validation process) or ‘Review Required’. Note that the last-published version of your questionnaire will remain visible to Buyers until the draft is published and overwrites it.

The Progress section indicates the number of sections you have completed within the draft questionnaire.

Document Hub

This allows you to see the key documents that have been uploaded for your company. It also shows whether they are up-to-date or not with the coloured indicator. If permissioned, you can submit fresh copies of these documents directly without going through a full questionnaire update cycle. To be able to upload you need to be set up with ‘Edit Questionnaire’ rights within User Management by one of your admin users. See separate article for more details about the Manage Users functionality.

  • Each document is shown with its expiry/validity date (where available)
  • An indicator shows whether each is out of date (red), close to expiring (amber) or fully up-to-date (green)
  • Download the document using the icon on the right
  • Note that the Summary of Accounts documents are treated differently as they do not have specific expiry dates – instead they are shown amber 21 months after end of the financial year, and red 24 months afterwards
  • In addition to the individual statuses for each document there is an overall status for documentation. This is the lowest common denominator of the individual statuses

For most Networks, there is functionality within Document Hub to upload fresh copies of certificates directly. This is quicker than submission via the questionnaire as you are not required to address any other outstanding issues in the questionnaire.

If you have access to the functionality, you will see an upload button at the top right of the Documentation and Certification window. When you click this, you will see upload buttons next to each of the documents. Clicking these allows you to supply the documents and answer the questions associated with them.

Some document types are auto-validated and read by our AI engine and you will see progress messages when this is happening. If the AI process runs smoothly the document will be refreshed immediately in the published version of your questionnaire. Key data points will also be read from the document and inserted where appropriate. If not, the submitted documents will go through the usual human validation process before publication.

Your Company’s Profile

This module shows how much of your organisation’s Supplier Profile information has been completed. The ‘About Us’ text, social media links and company logo are updated directly from the Supplier Profile and serve to publicise your company in Buyer searches. Click on the View button to see your Supplier Profile as it is seen by Buyers.

Membership Certificates and Stamps

This module provides access to the certificates and stamps that you can use to promote your Achilles membership and assurance. Registration certificates and stamps will be available to download when your organisation has a valid subscription and maintains a published questionnaire for the Network/Community.

Audit certificates and stamps will be available to download where your organisation has a valid audit, as well as a valid network subscription and published questionnaire.

A stamp usage guide is also included in the download. Where no certificates or stamps are available for your organisation, the download will only contain this guide.

Buyer Activity

This module highlights buyer activity within MyAchilles and for many Suppliers will include a Cyber Risk Rating for your organisation. The Cyber Risk rating is provided by Orpheus, a leading cyber threat intelligence and rating provider. Please visit Orpheus Cyber (www.orpheus-cyber.com) for further information.

  • Buyer Organisations on MyAchilles: Total Buyer organisations subscribed to MyAchilles across all Networks
  • Buyer Searches in the past 30 days: Total searches for Suppliers executed across all Networks on MyAchilles
  • Buyer Organisations in your Networks: Total Buyer organisations in your Networks
  • Request Information events in the last 12 months: Total events launched by Buyers in MyAchilles
  • Your Cyber Risk Rating: Achilles has partnered with third party Orpheus to provide you with a score reflecting the vulnerability of your company’s online presence to cyber-attack. Orpheus combines different analyses of threat profiles and weaknesses in your organisation’s online systems. The score is out of 1,000, with 0 being the lowest risk. If you would like to learn more, click on the ‘Improve your Rating’ button to be taken to the Orpheus website, where there are methodological details and an invitation to buy a full report

Your Subscription Status

This section shows all of the Network subscription packages that your organisation has subscribed to. For each, expiry dates are shown for the questionnaire and for your subscription. It also shows whether you have the correct membership level according to any rules set by Networks/Buyers. The indicator next to questionnaire expiry shows whether your questionnaire is complete and up-to-date for your membership level.
