MyAchilles offers several tools to allow you to export supplier data to third-party ERP systems. Most of these involve an outbound API. For full information and documentation you should contact your Account Manager. We will need to add the relevant products to your subscription, and you will need to be correctly set up with on your ERP system, for the options to be visible and operational. At present, we have the following data exports available.
e-Avrop
Permissioned buyers can export supplier information and search criteria from Request Information events and from Search via API to the e-Avrop ERP system. The Request Information export is triggered via the Export to e-Avrop link under Actions in the Request Information Event page. The Search export is triggered via the Actions button in that page, with a cap of 500 suppliers.
EU Supply
Permissioned buyers can export supplier information and search criteria from Search via API to the e-Avrop ERP system. This is triggered by using the Export to EU Supply link under Actions, with a cap of 500 suppliers.
Kommers
Permissioned buyers can export supplier information and search criteria from Search via API to the Kommers ERP system. This is triggered by using the Export to Kommers link under Actions, with a cap of 500 suppliers.
TendSign
Permissioned buyers can export supplier information and search criteria from Search via API to the TendSign ERP system. This is triggered by using the Export to Tendsign under Actions, with a cap of 500 suppliers.
