If your customer has invited you to register with Achilles, you may be required to complete an initial, customer specific, registration. The answers that you provide in this short questionnaire will then determine whether you can remain at ‘Stage 1’, or if you are required to proceed to ‘Stage 2’, which means joining an Achilles Community. The criteria which determines whether you need to proceed to Stage 2 is set by the buyer, rather than by Achilles.
If your organisation is asked to proceed to Stage 2 you’ll be required to pay an annual subscription fee and complete a more detailed Achilles Community questionnaire. If you choose not to proceed to Stage 2 you risk showing as non-compliant to your customer.
How do I generate my invoice?
Once you have completed the final step of the initial registration – selecting your Products and Services – clicking ‘Continue’ will display which level you are required to register at, based on the information you’ve provided. If you’re required to proceed to Stage 2 you’ll see a screen similar to the below.
Clicking ‘Continue’ again will finalise your registration and generate the invoice. You do have the option to say that you do not want to proceed to Stage 2 (joining an Achilles Community), however, doing so and remaining at Stage 1 will mean that you are not compliant with your customer.
What happens if I chose to remain at Stage 1 but now need to proceed to Stage 2?
If you were asked to proceed to Stage 2 but chose to remain at Stage 1 you may be contacted by your customer directly, or by Achilles, to inform you that you need to proceed to Stage 2. Achilles can then manually generate your invoice.
